I met with Lisa D at the islip Location where Lisa did the Derm/pen treatment. Lisa was so kind and the procedure was seamless. It did not hurt at all, and she explained every step to me along the process of what she was doing and what was going to be done next. She is very gentle as well as very knowledgeable about the treatments they offer, the products they sell, and the aftercare. She takes her time and thoroughly explains everything and then follows up with a phone call to check on your well being. So far I have had done the SCULPTRA, and BBL treatments. This was the first time I did the DERM pen. I cannot tell you how many Compliments I get on my skin constantly. I do exactly what lisa tells me to do for my skin care before and after enduring and my results in my opinion are amazing. I highly recommend seeing Lisa D at the VITRA Islip location. If she recommends using certain products….do it, you will not regret it.

This was my first botox experience and I could not have been more satisfied with my decision coming here. I saw Erin, and she was kind and informative and assured me all would go smoothly, and it did! I will definitely be returning back in the future! Even the ladies at the front desk and the assistant was lovely. 10/10 recommend!

I have been going to Vitra medical spa for the last couple of months my aesthetician Chris is amazing my last visit. I didn’t see my husband for a couple of days due to work schedules and after my diamond glow facial he came home and said oh my God what did you do? You look so young. Definitely gonna keep doing what I’m doing with that comment. Chris is very professional assesses your skin and advises you on what products are best for you. She is not pushy, but does share her expertise in skin care

Lisa is Amazing! She is genuine and professional. I wish there was more like her! I had a consultation on Dysport and we chatted about my facial concerns and did my Dysport injection with ease. They really listen and respect what you want, and meet you where you are with your skin care journey. I have received a wonderful hydrofacial with Alyssa who is super nice and kind! Lisa introduced me to non-invasive procedures that are helping me with my skin concerns and she is also so nice and kind. Kristen and Sophia at the front desk are wonderful! So sweet and helpful. No one every tries to upsell or talk you into something you're not comfortable with. No pressure, but lots of information and education is available. I really feel appreciated and valued as a client. Vitra gives the true spa experience of luxury and care that is as much a part of the experience as the glowing skin we all want!

I have always had a great experience and results at Vitra Aesthetics. The office staff is friendly and helpful and Joanne is incredible and goes out of her way to treat me holistically. I never feel pressured to get services and am always pleased with the results. While not inexpensive, the V.I.P. membership allows me to bank money monthly with some perks and discounts. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the Huntington office is outstanding.

I was searching for a place to do face laser treatment. I walked in on a Wednesday to speak with someone. I told them what I was looking to get done. They said they would like to set up a totally free consultation. I asked if there was someone at that time I could meet with. They said no and to make an appointment, so I said sure. They made the appointment and took all of my information. I was excited to go back for the consult. Then she asked me for my credit card! But you said it was a TOTALLY FREE consultation. She said yes but we still take your credit card in case you book a procedure. WHAT! Won’t go back. I will find a reputable doctor, as I would never trust people like this to touch my face!!!

I’ve been going to see Joanne at Vitra Aesthetics for years, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Botox and filler. Joanne is the best of the best.
