What Is PRX Derm Perfexion?

PRX Derm Perfexion, formally PRX-T33, is a non-invasive skin treatment developed in Italy that rejuvenates the skin from the inside out. While it contains trichloroacetic acid (TCA), a common peel ingredient, PRX Derm Perfexion is often called a “peel-less peel.”

Instead of removing the outer layer of skin, it penetrates deep into the dermis to trigger your skin’s natural renewal process. The surface stays completely intact, which is why there’s no peeling and no recovery time.

The formula combines three active ingredients, each with a specific role:

TCA (33%) stimulates the cells that produce collagen and elastin, the proteins that keep skin firm, smooth, and resilient. It also helps clear debris from within the pores and reduces inflammation.

The PRX Experience at VITRA

Every PRX session at VITRA is straightforward, with most appointments taking just 15 to 20 minutes from start to finish. Here’s what to expect:

Skin assessment. Your provider will take a close look at your skin, discuss your goals, and confirm the treatment plan for the session. If it’s your first visit, we’ll also determine how many sessions would be best for your skin.
Cleansing. Your skin is gently cleansed to remove any makeup, sunscreen, or skincare products before treatment begins.
Application. The PRX formula is massaged directly onto the skin — no injections or needles needed. Your provider will apply the appropriate number of layers based on your skin’s needs. Most patients feel only a mild warmth or light tingling during this step.
Rinse and finishing product. Once the formula has had the right amount of contact time, it’s rinsed away with water. Your provider then applies a nourishing post-treatment cream to support your skin’s recovery and renewal.

For the best results, we recommend a series of four to six weekly sessions, followed by maintenance appointments every few months to keep your results going strong.

What Happens After a PRX Session?

Right after your session, your skin will feel tighter, more hydrated, and noticeably refreshed. A healthy glow is typical. Any mild redness that occurs usually clears up within a few hours and responds well to a gentle moisturizer.
